Shipping & Returns
Free Delivery
Shipping is Free of Charge for all orders over $150.00 + GST within our delivery zones on our scheduled delivery days. We deliver from the northern suburbs of Brisbane to the Gold Coast.
Orders between $100.00 + GST and $150.00 + GST may attract a $15.00 delivery charge. Orders under $100.00 + GST may attract a $25.00 + GST delivery charge.
If you require delivery on days that do not fall within our scheduled deliveries, a courier service can be arranged at your cost.
Goods can be collected from our warehouse in Stapylton free of charge within our operating hours.
Other Areas Outside This Zone
Shipping outside of our delivery service is via third party courier services, and is calculated and billed at checkout. Where possible, Lida will ship our products Australia wide. However, there are some circumstances where this may not be possible:
- Some products due to their extreme bulk (eg. single face rolls) are only able to be delivered by our own delivery drivers within our delivery areas, due to the prohibitive cost of freight.
- There will always be some orders that may be too large or unusual for the site's shipping calculator. Shawparth reserves the right to recalculate freight on orders where the site’s calculator has undercosted the delivery. We will quote these independently and contact you as soon as possible with a freight quotation which can then be added to your order. Alternatively, if you contact us and select the pickup option, you can arrange your own freight with a courier service if you are able to obtain better pricing.
- There are some rural and regional locations that some couriers will not attend based on our site's calculator. If this is the case then we will try to obtain an independent quotation for delivery and contact you with the pricing. As above, if you contact us and select the pickup option, you can arrange your own freight with a courier service. If we still cannot obtain delivery for you we will cancel and refund your order.
International Enquiries
Shawparth Enterprises does not arrange for shipping internationally. We are able to deliver to on-forward cargo companies within Australia if you are able to arrange your own international shipping.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with any purchases made with Shawparth, please contact our office within 30 days from receipt of the goods.
Goods must be returned to Shawparth in the same condition they were originally received.
Return freight will be at Shawparth's cost only when there has been an error on Shawparth's part. Where goods have been ordered incorrectly by the customer, return freight is the customers responsibility.
Please note that special orders and custom made lines will only be replaced or refunded if the error is ours.
Restocking fees may apply in some instances.
Shawparth Enterprises are bound by and comply with the Trade Practices Act (1974).
